About This Product
The 2SA1369 is a resin-sealed silicon PNP epitaxial transistor that has high collector loss and collector current, and is designed and manufactured to have a high hFE, so it is suitable for small motor drives such as VTRs, tape decks, players, etc. Ideal for control systems (drives for plungers, relays, etc.) and power supplies.
Additionally, the collector fins are exposed outside and can be soldered directly to the board, improving collector power dissipation. Can be used complementary to 2SC3439.

・High hFE hFE=400-800
・Large collector current IC=-1.5A, ICM=-3A
・VCE (sat) is small VCE (sat) =-0.25V standard (@IC=-1A/IB=-20mA)
・High collector loss PC=500mW
・Small size allows for smaller sets and high-density mounting
■Applications
Power supplies for small motor drives such as VTRs, tape decks, players, drives for relays, ripple filters, etc.
