About This Product

This product is equipped with two comparators and one internal power supply, and can detect two voltage systems simultaneously. This makes it possible to detect temperature and overvoltage at the same time. The MFT has a built-in reference voltage of 1.27V, and when the input voltage (IN1, IN2) exceeds the reference voltage, the output becomes Low. The comparator has approximately 570mV of hysteresis to prevent output chattering. It also has a built-in power supply voltage clamp circuit, so if you want to use a voltage that exceeds the absolute maximum rating, you can use it by applying current.
