About This Product
RT9H321C is a 3-terminal shunt regulator with a high precision reference voltage of ±1%. The output voltage can be adjusted to any value within the range of reference voltage VREF to 36V using two external resistors.

・Reference voltage: VREF=1.250V±1% (Standard Ta=25℃)
・Output voltage setting: VREF＜VKA＜36V
・Low dynamic impedance: |ZKA|=0.25Ω (standard)
・Set size reduction and high-density mounting possible by using the small package SC-59
■Applications
Reference voltage source for general electronic equipment, etc. Secondary side control of switching power supplies.
