About This Product
RT9H301C/P/S is a 3-terminal shunt regulator with a high precision reference voltage of ±1%. The output voltage can be adjusted to any value within the range of reference voltage VREF to 36V using two external resistors.

・Reference voltage: VREF=2.495V±1% (Standard Ta=25℃)
・Output voltage setting: VREF≦VKA≦36V
・Low dynamic impedance: |ZKA|=0.2Ω (standard)
・Small package: SC-59, SC-62 (SOT-89)

Reference voltage source for general electronic equipment, etc. Secondary side control of switching power supplies.
