About This Product

Rotary die cutter for die cutting, folding, half cutting, and sewing machine processing of B3 sheets of paper.

■Touch panel-Easy to set up, so it doesn't take much time to set up.
・For paper size input, only the width dimension is OK. (With fine adjustment of cut position)
- Fully equipped with preset and memory functions.
- Fine adjustment of the cutting position can be made from 0.1mm.

■Magnetic cylinder die・Die plate can be easily aligned.
・Attach the die plate to the cylinder using the magnetism of the magnet cylinder. The plate is a thin iron plate, so you don't have to worry about where to put it.

■Air paper feeding・Achieves more stable and powerful paper feeding ability than the UD-300.
・Paper is fed by air suction starting from the topmost paper.
・You can adjust the amount of air that separates paper and prevent double-sheet loading.
- Has a structure that prevents paper from being scratched.
- Compared to the UD-300, the paper loading capacity has increased and the possible paper width has also become wider.

■Ka Espeed・The machining speed has been increased compared to the UD-300.
- The processing speed can be adjusted for paper that is difficult to process or paper that is easily charged with static electricity.

■Position reading sensor (XY-REG)- You can adjust the printing misalignment caused by the printer one by one.
- For items with high printing position accuracy, reading the leading edge of the paper, if the paper is misaligned only in the feeding direction, reading the Y-axis, and if printing is misaligned on both the XY axes, reading both the XY and Y axes is possible.
・Can be read both face-up and face-down.

■Separator for easy job change・Job changes are now easier than before.
-The separator part is a cassette type, so for users who change jobs many times, preparing a cassette for each job allows for smooth job change work. It also has a structure that allows you to easily remove paper if it becomes jammed.

■Can be used inline/offline- By attaching a dedicated conveyor, it can be used inline with printers and other processing machines.
・If in-line processing is not required, it can also be used offline.
