About This Product

■ Characteristics・ Heat conduction can be performed by applying between the heat source (heating body) and the heat dissipation (heat sink, etc.).

・ Because it is a mixture of two agents, A and B, please use it for a few minutes until it becomes clay when mixed. (Note 1. Stir well the agent A and B before mixing.)
・ Applications include CPU, MPU, GPU, and other high -power electronic elements, attaching to high -brightness LEDs to heat dissipation plate, and other installation to the heating body.

■ Precautions regarding handling・ Dust, dirt, etc. of the surface of the target object should be wiped off well.
・ Since it is a mixed type A, a 2 -mixed agent, when mixing, use it well until it becomes clay before use.
・ Please note that if the stirring is insufficient, it will not be cured.
・ If the agent A and B are mixed, it will be cured, so be careful not to mix them when storing.
・ After opening, tighten the lid of the container firmly.
・ Store in a cool and dark room is recommended.
・ Please do not forcibly peel off the object such as heat sink after bonding.
・ The device will be damaged.
・ The oil may be separated, but there is no problem with the characteristics, so please use it well.
・ This product is assumed to be interviewed for metal and heating, and as a result of internal experiments, the area of ​​the object is required at least one square centimetm.
・ In the case of linear, such as thermal electronics and electric wires, adhesions without faces are informal.
・ There is no specific verification data for gas outbreaks in a vacuum state.
・ Since the cured silicone resin does not basically occur, there are no special conditions such as high temperature exceeding 200 degrees, so we believe that there will be out gas.
