■ChallengesUse a rubber grindstone with a rotating tool. There are variations depending on the skill level of the workers, leading to quality problems. It took 40 minutes to deburr 16 cross holes.

■Introduction effectsInsert the tool into the cross hole. Use by gently pulling out and contouring. Differences in finish between workers have been eliminated, quality has been stabilized, and time has been reduced.
