■Summary
・Ideal for removing burrs that occur at the hole opening and exit side (back deburring) that occur after hole drilling, and for removing burrs that occur in grooves and deep holes.
・Since the shaft part is made of spring steel, it makes soft contact with the workpiece and suppresses chatter during machining.

Processing example
■Deburring aircraft equipment pipe parts (cross holes)

■Challenges
Use a rubber grindstone with a rotating tool. There are variations depending on the skill level of the workers, leading to quality problems. It took 40 minutes to deburr 16 cross holes.

Insert the tool into the cross hole. Use by gently pulling out and contouring. Differences in finish between workers have been eliminated, quality has been stabilized, and time has been reduced.
