About This Product

■Summary

・Ideal for deburring, cutter mark removal, and polishing of inner diameters and hole bottoms with a depth exceeding 150 mm ・This product is a custom-made product.

■Supported burr size

Root thickness 0.1mm or less (easy to break with nails)

■Tool configuration

・For the first time, please purchase the brush body, color, and shank. (All custom made) - Use by attaching the collar and shank to the brush body.

■Compatible models

It can be used with full-cover type equipment that can control the rotation speed and rotate at 6,500 min-1 or more. ・Machining center ・Lathe (with milling function) ・Special machine

■Precautions for use The brush will be damaged in the following cases.

・Usage exceeding the upper limit rotation speed ・Use with pneumatic rotary tools ・Use outside the cylinder (outside the workpiece) ・Used when the processing point is less than 20mm from the hole entrance

■Precautions for use The brush may be damaged in the following cases.

・Eccentric cross holes, diagonal cross holes ・Secondary machining hole diameter is 50% or more of the primary machining hole diameter with T-shaped intersecting holes ・Cross-shaped intersecting holes with secondary machining hole diameter of 25% or more of primary machining hole diameter
