About This Product

■Summary

Ideal for deburring, cutter mark removal, and polishing of inner diameters exceeding Φ20 and the bottom of holes.

■Supported burr size

Root thickness 0.1mm or less (easy to break with nails)

■Tool configuration

・For the first time, please purchase the brush itself and the dedicated sleeve. - Use by attaching the brush body to the dedicated sleeve.

■Compatible models

Can be used with devices that can control rotation at speeds of 4,000 min-1 or higher. ・Machining center ・Lathe (with milling function) ・Special machine ·robot

■Precautions for use

When installing it on processing equipment, insert the shank at least 30mm and grip it securely.

■The brush will be damaged in the following cases.

・Usage exceeding the upper limit rotation speed ・Use with pneumatic rotary tools ・Use outside the cylinder (outside the workpiece) ・Used when the processing point is less than 20mm from the hole entrance

■The brush may be damaged in the following cases.

Cross hole with secondary machining hole diameter of Φ12 or more

■Compatible materials

Can be used with any material including resin, non-ferrous metals, steel, and stainless steel.
