About This Product

■Intelligent condensate treatment – ​​safe. clean air. modular.

When producing compressed air, a significant amount of condensate containing oil is generated. Oil/water separators absorb oil and ensure that the wastewater meets regulatory standards. KAESER has revolutionized the concept of condensate condensate treatment with AQUAMAT i.CF. Accordingly, for the first time, the oil/water separator, available for compressor flows from 10.3 to 92.6 m3/min, is equipped with the innovative AQUAMAT CONTROL controller. This advanced system inherits active process control for clean and predictable maintenance. Thanks to the ergonomic cartridge, filter media can be changed cleanly without direct contact with the condensate, protecting both the environment and service personnel. The concept of modular design is that the capacity of the model can be adjusted retroactively. For the treatment of small amounts of condensate, the practical AQUAMAT CF 3 and 6 models are available. advantage

■Safety

AQUAMAT CONTROL inherits active process control. This process control enables optimal use of filter media, determines cartridge capacity based on load, ensures predictability of maintenance, and enables condensate evacuation at the push of a button. These ensure sustainable condensate treatment. Naturally, it is also network-ready and has been approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) in Berlin.

■Clean

The cartridge can absorb the full capacity of oil and has an ergonomic handle. In addition, a bayonet fitting on the collector and a drip-stop valve on the bottom of the cartridge allow maintenance work to be carried out quickly. This structure protects service personnel and the environment from contamination. The weight of the ejected cartridge is less than 25 kg.

■Modular

We use the same cartridge size for all models. A practical retrofit kit is available to adjust the subsequent capacity.
