About This Product

■Providing optimal quality air through continuous operation

Kaeser ACT series activated carbon filters reliably remove oil mist and odors. It can be installed downstream of compressed air drying and pre-filter components to achieve ISO 8573-1 Class 1 oil residuals for demanding production processes. The high-quality activated carbon is well-filled and the continuous low pressure drop makes it cost-effective. The compressor can be operated continuously for 12,000 hours without replacing the activated carbon. An oil indicator is also included as standard to indicate an interruption in operation. ・Residual oil concentration 0 to 0.01 mg/m3 ・Flow rate 1.17 to 154.5 m3/min ・Maximum working pressure 10 bar / 16 bar (48 bar as option) merit

■Values ​​significantly lower than Class 1 standards

The Class 1 standard of ISO 8573-1 is a residual oil level of 0.01 mg/m3, but Kaeser ACT adsorption dryers can significantly reduce the residual oil level below the standard value. In other words, it is possible to maintain a stable and standard-compliant state.

■Low cost maintenance

Kaeser ACT adsorber's sufficient size and optimum flow ensure high activated carbon effectiveness over a long period of time. Therefore, there is no need to replace it frequently. Installs in a durable steel protective frame.

■Minimum pressure loss

The large inlet and outlet diameters maintain a low differential pressure, making it cost effective.
