About This Product

■Cost-effective solution for supplying compressed air of optimal quality

Kaeser filter products are key components for providing compressed air in all ISO 8573-1 purity classes. Both filters have extremely low differential pressure. It is also easy to maintain. The filter housing is easy to open and close, clear and impossible to mistake. Designed for quick and clean element replacement. ・Flow rate: 0.60 to 32.0 m3/min ・Maximum working pressure 16 bar ・Maximum ambient temperature 66℃ merit

■Purity according to standards

The Kaeser Filter range uses the latest deep pleated filtration media to remove particles and aerosols. Highly effective carbon fiber mat captures oil vapors. The superior performance data of Kaeser filters is calculated according to ISO 12500 and verified by independent certification body Lloyd's Register.

■Low pressure drop – significant cost savings

Kaeser filter products feature generous housing and filter surface area, innovative flow, and high performance filtration media. Pressure loss is reduced by up to 50% compared to other commercially available filters. Moreover, this performance hardly changes over the life of the filter element. This reduces costs and CO2 emissions, and also reduces the load on upstream compressors.

■Easy maintenance design – easy handling

The housing of Kaeser filter products is manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminum to ensure stability of the filter element. A practical bayonet locking mechanism automatically positions the housing and seals the element, ensuring that the filter housing will not become sealed without a filter element inserted. The use of locking screws also ensures that the housing will not open accidentally under pressure and that the housing will vent.
