About This Product

■Innovative compact dryer that achieves maximum efficiency and reliability

Kaeser Membrane Modules (KMM) have a special flow concept that maintains drying efficiency over long periods of time. High performance hollow fiber membrane is an innovative high density helical fiber structure. KMM dryers easily achieve subzero pressure dew points even when installed in tight spaces. It is also an advantage when no energy source is available or there is a risk of freezing at the end of the dryer. ・Discharge air flow rate 0.04 to 3.97 m3/min ・Pressure dew point +10 ℃ to −40 ℃ (maximum 90 ℃ temperature reduction depending on inlet air temperature ratio) ・Optional specification with energy-saving purge air throttle valve

■Advantages

・Excellent membrane design: The spiral structure of ultra-fine membrane fibers ensures a large surface area even in tight spaces. In addition, water molecules are effectively transported from the outside through the external membrane pores, so that moisture is always available for movement (innovative flow concept). - Operation with maximum reliability: All functional parts of the KMM dryer are housed inside a solid soundproof cover. Upstream Kaeser microfilters reliably protect membrane modules from harmful foreign substances, aerosols and oils. - High efficiency: The purge air nozzle has a fixed opening, which minimizes air loss. During downtime, an (optional) purge air throttle valve makes the dryer even more cost-effective.
