About This Product

■Maintenance-free centrifuge

Kaeser's KC centrifuge removes condensate at the compressed air outlet of the compressor. Centrifuges are essential to prevent downstream dryer and filter failures and to increase energy efficiency. The KC centrifuge is equipped with an Eco Drain 31 condensate drainage system. This condensate drainage device is economical and reliable, and also includes terminals for test buttons and alarms.

■Advantages

Overall efficiency: Kaeser optimized the flow rate of the KC centrifuge through advanced flow simulation and measured according to ISO 12500-4. As a result, a high separation rate of up to 99% is achieved stably over a wide output range. The pressure drop was less than 0.1 bar. - Durable and long-lasting benefits: Kaeser centrifuges have an aluminum housing that can withstand seawater and an additional protective coating, making them durable enough to support continuous operation. The compressed air connections on the housing perfectly fit Kaeser rotary screw compressors. ・Maintenance-free: Kaeser's KC centrifuge is maintenance-free. Additionally, the Eco-Drain condensate drain is equipped with a service module for reliable maintenance.
