■Compact energy saving deviceImproved stable drive/cooling solution keeps power consumption extremely low. Due to its surprisingly compact design and relatively small exhaust duct, our water-cooled, oil-free compression rotary screw compressors can be installed even in small, low-ceilinged compressor rooms.

■AdvantagesVery low compressed air discharge temperature: The tube bundles of the two air-cooled/water-cooled heat exchangers are made of high-quality stainless steel piping with roller-enlarged aluminum star profiles for optimal heat transfer. I will.
・Cost reduction through waste heat reuse: Kaeser's waste heat reuse system allows up to 96% of compressor waste heat to be reused, such as heating water up to +90°C.
Extremely easy maintenance: The first and second compressor stages of the air/water heat exchanger are housed in separate housings and are easily accessible through a large maintenance door.

■Compact footprint and ideal coolingFor perfect cooling, the air conduction pipes feature an innovative snowflake profile. This has several benefits. ■Optimal cooling water flowWater-cooled CSG compressors are equipped with cooling water regulating valves to optimize cooling water flow for all users downstream of their respective heat exchangers. This provides cost-effective and sustainable cooling water. In addition, Kaeser uses a regulating valve at the cooling water outlet that is airtight when closed.

When the compressor does not require cooling, such as during standby operation, it shuts off water flow, resulting in more efficient use of cooling water.

■Reduced pressure lossPressure losses can be significantly reduced by optimizing air inlet and outlet flows. Additionally, the cooling air path is made of hygienic stainless steel.
