About This Product

■Product overview

The anvil press is a unique powder compaction method developed by Pentronics for high-speed mass production, and is extremely easy to operate. The condition is that one side of the molded product (anvil side) is flat. Many molded products are of this type and can be used in a wide range of applications. This anvil-type press has a simple mechanism and excellent durability, and is sure to be of great benefit to users. For example, an anvil-type press allows high-precision molded products to be continuously operated at high speed and unattended. Since the mold does not require an upper punch, the initial cost can be saved by 25% and the running cost can be saved by more than 50%. - In a normal (general type) press, the molded product is formed between the upper and lower punches, but in an anvil type press, it is formed between the anvil and the lower punch. - In this case, the anvil is fixed on the die surface and the lower punch rises to compress and mold the powder. - Since there is no need to insert the upper punch into the die hole, damage to the mold or wear due to setup errors can be saved. - Setting the mold can be done easily in a short time.
