This new patent-pending technology enables automatic peeling of difficult-to-peel films such as dry film solder resist, ABF, and dry film resist.
■Available for various workpieces
・It is possible to peel off highly adhesive films (dry film resist, ABF, dry film solder resist, etc.) that are difficult to peel automatically with conventional auto peelers.
・We can handle various shapes of workpieces, such as ultra-thin films for semiconductors and electronic components, and protective films for acrylic and glass.
■Damage reduction
Since there is no knurling, film breakage due to film damage can be reduced.
■Clean peeling
Since air blowing is not used, chip flying and dust generation are reduced, improving yield rates.
■Detection function can be added with additional options
It is possible to detect when the film is out or when there is film remaining using a sensor or image processing. (Optional) By adding a detection function, you can further reduce the defect rate and improve the yield rate.
