■Product overview
This product is a device that automatically peels off the polyester cover film attached to the dry film photoresist surface of printed circuit boards before development. After peeling off, it is supplied to the developing device.
■Clean peeling
- Peeling is done with an adhesive roller without using air blow, so chip flying can be significantly reduced.
・Downflow with HEPA filter is also possible. (optional)
■No setup required (simplification)
・There is no need to change the setup depending on the thickness and size of the board.
- Boards that fail to be peeled are stacked in the NG stocker. You can stock up to 4 pieces.
- Equipped with an ultrasonic sensor to reliably detect the presence or absence of film peeling.
■Compatible with ultra-thin substrates
・Substrate thickness can range from 0.025mm to 3.2mm.
-Equipped with a horizontally moving knurling mechanism, making peeling easier.
- Since the edge of the substrate on the input side is gripped by a mechanical chuck, it is possible to prevent thin substrates from getting caught in the adhesive roller, which has been a problem in the past.
- Stable conveyance is possible by reducing the roller pitch.
