About This Product

■Features

・Due to the rotational speed of the rotor, scattering of input material is reduced compared to a single-shaft crusher. ・Cleans the screen when the rotor reverses. ・Due to the cleaning effect, even crushed materials with high moisture content can be crushed while suppressing clogging. ・Long logs can be handled with an optional rotating hopper.

■Dual Motion Drive (corresponds to various types of crushing with two independently controlled rotors)

This is a new type of crusher for crushing wood such as pruned branches and logs into chips. Similar to a single-shaft crusher, it uses a fixed blade and a rotating blade to crush materials by scratching them, but there are two rotors with rotating blades and two corresponding fixed blades for each rotor. Approximately twice the processing capacity of a single-shaft crusher By controlling each of the two rotors independently, crushed materials can be bitten smoothly without a pusher. Features include less clogging even with wood that contains a lot of moisture, less scattering of debris during crushing, easy removal and attachment of the screen for particle size adjustment, easy replacement of the rotary blade, and the ability to feed long logs. This is the perfect machine for woody biomass plants.

By changing the hole shape and size of the screen, it is possible to adjust the crushed material and the crushed particle size. Split screen allows for attachment and detachment from the side of the crusher
