About This Product

By adopting a vector inverter, the cutter rotation speeds up to increase the throughput when crushing light loads, and when crushing heavy loads, the machine operates at the highest torque of the electric motor for highly efficient crushing. In addition, when there is no input of crushed material, the rotation speed is lowered to save energy.

■Forged segment cutter

A special die steel cutter with excellent wear resistance and toughness. The cutter can be easily replaced without disassembling the bearing. Select the number of hooks and cutter shape depending on the crushing conditions (8 hooks with angled blade or 4 hooks with angled blade + flat blade)

■Options

・Hydraulic pusher device: A swing-type pusher using a hydraulic cylinder pushes hard-to-bite crushed materials into the cutter and supports crushing. ・Foreign object ejection mechanism: When a foreign object is detected, one side of the door is automatically opened, and both cutter shafts rotate in the same direction to eject the object.
