The HSE/NPL test slide complies with the specifications of "JIS K3850-1 Method for measuring fibrous particles in air."
■Summary
This test slide is used to measure the fineness (detection limit) that can be observed with the microscope currently in use. There were 20 lines of seven different thicknesses carved in the center of the test slide. Normally, test slides are observed under the conditions used for asbestos counting to see which groups can be observed.
