Now that lead-free soldering has become mainstream, our solder baths using fired ceramics are highly reliable in the transformer, coil, and motor terminal processing industries that use magnet wires (urethane coated) that require work at high temperatures. We are proud of our extensive track record.
■Features
- Capable of continuous operation at a maximum temperature of 520℃. This makes it possible to handle any temperature range.
・There is no problem of ``contamination of different metals into the solder bath due to corrosion, which causes problems with solderability'' that occur with metal baths such as SUS and titanium.
These two points are its biggest features. In addition, the crucible in the solder bath is a consumable item, but the crucible and heater can be repaired and replaced, so you can use it for a long time.
Ceramic solder baths that have undergone daily maintenance have less chance of the solder sticking to the tank walls, so by turning the solder bath over when it is cool enough, the solder lumps will easily fall out like pudding.
Ideal for small and medium-sized parts.
