About This Product
■Flex ASB
1 inch (=25.4 mm) pitch. This is a new generation of strong curved belts that are available with smooth or rounded belt surfaces, and can also be combined with hold-down tabs or without tabs.
It is easier to clean and, combined with the POM-D material, the conveyed items come off the belt smoothly. Because it is more stable in the width direction, fewer supports are required than usual. The belt edge is chamfered to allow horizontal transfer.
The Flex ASB CS type has a rounded surface that reduces contact with the transported goods by 10%, making transfers smoother. By using a 9-tooth sprocket, it is possible to form a circle, making it possible to scrape against the belt. This is another great feature of the spiral.
