Uni BLB belt is a new hybrid type product made of new material PPHW (high temperature water, steam compatible, metal ion corrosion resistant polypropylene) and SUS304 pin. Solved the problems of belt tension reduction and plastic product elongation under high temperatures.
Conventional polypropylene materials had problems with corrosion and deterioration due to metal ions, but the uni BLB belt solves this problem. The perforated design on the belt surface is sufficient for transporting products with small particles and elongated particles. (Rice grains, pasta, diced vegetables, etc.)
