About This Product

RETEC-X processes organic matter using only the internal heat source without using fuel, and the volume of waste after pyrolysis is reduced to 1/300 of that of ceramic powder. By introducing this machine, you can significantly reduce costs, reduce greenhouse gases that promote global warming, and also contribute to resource recycling by making effective use of generated products. This machine is compact and easy to move, and can be started immediately with a single switch.
■Features of RETEC-X
・As it is not a combustion process, there are almost no emissions of harmful substances (dioxins, etc.).
・Capable of reducing the volume of most organic substances up to 1/300.
・Low running costs No fuel or water supply required. During normal operation, it operates automatically and does not require any fuel.
・Recycling of ceramic ash The treated organic matter can be reused as a soil conditioner, insulation material, etc. depending on the content of the treated material.
・No need to notify each local government for incinerator installation. It can be installed indoors and in areas where incinerators cannot be installed. IEPA provides technology and equipment certification and notarization for fumigation-type decomposition equipment that does not rely on incineration mechanisms to process organic waste and is environmentally friendly. With IPEA's support, installation notification procedures at each local government are no longer necessary. Although it has been certified by the country as not being an "incinerator," some local governments require application procedures according to local ordinances, so please check in advance.

・Papers: magazines, catalogs, cardboard, telephone directories, etc.
・Livestock waste: horse manure, cow dung, straw from livestock barns, etc.
・Trees, etc. Garden trees, wood chips, sawdust, etc.
・Fisheries and fishing waste Fish, fishing nets, etc. (excluding bones)
・Medical waste: disposable diapers, pet sheets, etc.
・Old tatami
■Things that cannot be treated (organic substances with a moisture content of 40% or more; 100% possible by adjusting conditions)
Metals, glass, ceramics, porcelain, stone, gypsum board, asbestos, concrete and other construction waste, sludge, gravel, batteries, company flags, items that should not be processed in general terms, and volatile and explosive items cannot be processed. .
