About This Product

When our company sells RotaryView, a portable system for rotational vibration analysis of large rotating equipment such as industrial motors, power generation turbines, compressors, and pumps, the rotational vibration simulator is used to prepare sensors for measurement equipment and handle measurements. This product was developed in response to a customer's request for a device that simulates actual rotating equipment for training personnel. You can easily simulate the on-site measurement environment by attaching acceleration, velocity, and displacement sensors for vibration measurement, as well as rotation sensors. In addition to changing the rotation speed manually by turning the dial, program operation that changes the rate of rise and fall is also possible by specifying from the controller panel.

■Features

By attaching vibration sensors to two bearings and a non-contact rotation sensor to the rotating shaft, large rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, motors, etc. can be simulated. The rotation speed can be up to 4,000 rpm.

■Field of use

- Data that simulates actual rotating equipment can be reproduced for preparing sensors for measurement equipment and for training measurement staff. ・You can easily simulate the on-site measurement environment by attaching acceleration, velocity, and displacement sensors for vibration measurement, as well as rotation sensors. - The rotation speed can be changed manually by turning the dial, and programmed operation that changes the rate of rise and fall is also possible by specifying from the controller panel.
