About This Product
This rotational vibration analyzer uses the compact and highly portable LX-1000 series to collect 1 channel of rotation pulse and up to 16 channels of vibration data in real time in order to analyze shaft vibration phenomena of various rotating equipment. By using frequency analysis and phase calculation, we analyze in which direction the vibration applied to the rotating shaft is acting. It can be used to analyze shaft vibration phenomena related to large rotating equipment such as power generation motors, turbines, compressors, and pumps.
■Features
- One data logger can collect 1 channel of rotation pulse and up to 16 channels of vibration data.
・We can provide dedicated sensor amplifiers for electrodynamic speed sensors and non-contact displacement sensors.
- Data acquisition mode allows rotation speed acquisition (∆rpm) and time acquisition (∆t).
・Rotational order components (0.5X, 1X, 2X~) It is possible to analyze power frequency order components (1f, 2f) of 50/60Hz.
- Time trends, Bode plots, vector plots, orbit, FFT, etc. can be displayed during data collection. It is possible to display not only one graph but also a combination of multiple graphs on one screen.
・Recall the imported measurement data and display it in a variety of ways, including TY, SV (XY), FFT, Bode plot, vector diagram, orbit graph display, FFT 3D graph, color contour display, printing, text file conversion, etc. You can perform various analysis processes.
・Measurement conditions can be saved as a template. You can start your next measurement immediately using a template.

- Can be used for data collection and analysis in a wide range of fields, such as performance test benches for large motors, turbines, compressors, pumps, etc., and on-site measurement in combination with a notebook computer.
