About This Product

The rotational vibration data collected using the compact and highly portable LX-1000 series and the WX-7000 series, which can perform real-time recording and simultaneous acquisition to recording media, can be retrieved again using constant-width tracking and resampling. This is a software package that performs constant ratio tracking and frequency tracking analysis.

■Features

There are a large number of vibration fields related to rotating machinery, from all kinds of industrial machinery to social infrastructure such as generators. When vibrations in rotating machinery are unbalanced, misaligned, or scratched on bearings or gears, the vibration frequency proportional to the rotational speed undergoes amplitude modulation, resulting in extra peaks on both sides of the center frequency. For rotating equipment that has a wide range of frequency fluctuations from low speeds to high speeds, resonance phenomena between changes in rotational speed and the natural frequencies of the components that make up the equipment become a major problem. The key to analyzing rotational vibration is to graph the vibration and noise level fluctuations when changing the rotational speed so that you can understand the resonance situation. There are three types of analysis methods possible with the post-processing tracking option: Constant ratio tracking: A method in which the rotational speed is sampled in pulses (e.g. 1 rotation/1 pulse) and resampling processing is performed using software based on this. Constant width tracking: Extracts the relevant order from the FFT spectrum. The rotation speed uses F/V amplifier data. Frequency tracking: Cut out the FFT spectrum by rotation number. The rotation speed uses F/V amplifier data.

■Field of use

- Data analysis related to vibrations related to rotating machinery, which is used in a wide range of fields such as industrial machinery and home appliances, is a very important field. ・It can be used for data collection and analysis in a wide range of fields, such as engine-related, EV motor-related, brake, etc., as a dynamo for performance testing of rotating machines, and for automotive use. ・Useful for measuring and evaluating the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment such as large motors, compressors, pumps, etc.
