About This Product
Compact and highly portable, the LX-1000 series can be expanded from a basic 16 channels to a maximum of 64 channels by connecting four units, and up to 256 channels by synchronously connecting up to four units, allowing for deployment into large-scale data acquisition systems. SpectraView is a software package that is useful for your development work, and is widely used for high-speed waveform collection and frequency domain measurements required for data collection and analysis in the vibration and acoustic fields.
■Features
-Data recording performance is up to approximately 1.6MB/sec (equivalent to 8ch x 100kHz).
- Manual, one-shot, and repeat triggers can be used, and AND/OR conditions for 3 channels can be specified. It is also possible to record files that are automatically divided according to a specified time.
- Real-time display of TY graph, XY graph, bar graph, and 4-channel FFT graph. The screen display can be switched between single, multi-graph and screen patterns.
・Recall the captured measurement data and display various functions such as TY, XY, FFT graph display, FFT 3D graph, color contour display, printing, calculation, filter processing, averaging processing, audio playback function, text file conversion, etc. Analysis processing can be performed.
・Measurement conditions can be saved as a template. You can start your next measurement immediately using a template.
・We provide tracking analysis function in post-processing as optional software.
■Field of use
-Useful for wide-ranging, high-speed, multi-channel waveform data collection and FFT analysis.
- Can be used for data collection and analysis in a wide range of fields, including engine-related, EV motor-related, brake performance testing dynamos, and automotive applications.
・It is also useful for measuring and evaluating vibrations of various parts for repair and maintenance of large motors, compressors, pumps, etc., for hammering, and for multi-channel transfer function (FRF).
