About This Product
Yokogawa Electric's DX series of compact measuring instruments with screens are widely used for monitoring manufacturing processes and environmental monitoring in the film, paper, steel, food, and pharmaceutical industries. This package allows up to 20 DX series units to be connected via Ethernet to collect and monitor data in real time, and monitoring screens can be easily created, so it is used throughout the line.
■Features and others
- You can easily create a screen by pasting a variety of display modules such as time series graphs, XY graphs, bar graphs, bitmaps, and analog meters with the mouse, and display them in real time. From Ver. 4, it is now possible to scroll back and refer to past data during measurement, and we have enhanced the functions of each display module, such as analog meters and animation displays.
- Real-time calculation between channels of captured data is possible. In addition to the four arithmetic operations, you can also use various functions, display calculation results in graphs, and save data. It is also possible to branch processing using conditional expressions (IF statements). The captured measurement data can be edited in a variety of ways, including displaying graphs on the screen, cursor read function, interval calculations, converting CSV files with commas, and printing.
・By registering measurement conditions such as acquisition channels and screen display from the measurement equipment in advance, you can easily start measurements. In addition to continuous measurement, it is also possible to perform repeated measurements on a daily basis or on a fixed date basis. It is now possible to input notes regarding the test status during measurement. You can also change it in post-processing.
- You can easily load measured files to display trend graphs, perform interval calculations, and convert to text files. Real-time calculations can be performed during collection, but it is also possible to modify the calculation formula and perform calculation processing again.
・Screen printing can be performed for each display screen. Using Windows' copy/paste function, you can specify the displayed screen with the mouse and paste it into Word, etc.
