For low leakage current, low capacitance detectors such as CdTe detectors, fast rise (compatible with 100MHz sampling of waveform analysis equipment)

■Main specifications

・Noise 350 electrons FWHM@0pF, 800 electrons FWHM@100pF, typ. ・Rise time 6ns@0pF, 60ns@100pF, typ.

■Measurement example

An example of observing the rising part of a pulse signal using Cs-137 as a radiation source on a Schottky type CdTe detector with a 700V bias applied. It is possible to clearly distinguish between the fast rise (5ns) caused by electrons and the slow rise (55ns) caused by holes. By importing this waveform into a waveform analysis device, waveform analysis using 100MHz sampling can be performed.
