About This Product

Thermal Shock ETS series is used in a wide range of fields including 5G communication devices, semiconductors, chips, sensors, and microelectronics. Adopting a vortex tube*, it is possible to confirm chemical, physical, and temporal changes in test samples subjected to thermal shock in the shortest possible time, making it ideal for research and development and improving production efficiency. *By rotating the supplied compressed air at high speed, it flows into the nozzle at a speed close to the speed of sound, and generates cold air by utilizing the characteristic of air that it expands and loses some of its pressure.

・Small, lightweight and easy to operate ・Achieves low temperature without a cooling compressor ・Temperature range -15℃~+180℃ ・Temperature transition -10℃→+85℃: 10sec +85℃→-10℃: 30sec ・In-house developed control system ・Temperature control with DUT/air *DUT temperature control controls the device using the temperature of the DUT with the attached temperature sensor attached.
