About This Product
We propose a new style of external insulation construction method.
■Open nut type1
・Principle The fitted state of the EZ bar and EZ channel is point contact, and the EZ bar slides in the axial direction in response to stress in the direction of the rim, working to suppress deformation force on the exterior material and joints. For stress in the direction perpendicular to the barrel edge, the deformation force is similarly reduced by converting it into rotational force in the ez channel.
・Springback function When negative pressure such as wind load is applied, both sides of the ez bar spring-like deform inward using the shoulder as a fulcrum, creating a strong fit with the ez channel.
■Open nut type2
We have created an insulating base structure that acts like a flexible structure that relieves stress caused by wind pressure and earthquakes by sliding and rotating. For heavy exterior materials, the easy bar of the easy bar component slides up and down according to the easy channel, and mating is completed smoothly.
The fit with ezChannel, which forms the vertical body edge, can be set linearly in the length direction of ezBar, allowing flexible response to horizontal positional deviations during marking and anchor driving, improving work efficiency. After mating with ezChannel, the rim is stabilized by the rotational force (reaction force) that suppresses the rotational force acting on ezBar.
■Construction procedure
・Fix ezDbolt to the frame.
・Insert the insulation material into ezDbolt.
・Temporarily fix the insulation material with ezBar CPon.
・Push ezChannel to ezBar CPon and mate.
・Attach the exterior material after adjusting the level with a bolt wrench.
・Exterior material installation work.
