About This Product
Welded pipes or seamless pipes are stretched using rolling rolls. We manufacture products according to the customer's specified specifications through an integrated process from mold production to prototyping to mass production. It is possible to manufacture ultra-thin walls from welded drawn thin tubes.
■Features
・Extremely high dimensional accuracy of the pipe. (Outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness)
- Good surface quality of the pipe. (inner surface, outer surface)
・There is very little pipe meat. Because the pipe is highly processed, the metal structure is fine-grained and has excellent mechanical properties.
・It is easy to process metals (titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, etc.) that are difficult to process using conventional tube drawing methods.
・It is possible to manufacture ultra-thin tubes. (Thickness = 3/100 to 1/100 of outer diameter)
