About This Product
When injected from a special nozzle, liquid or solid powder is atomized using gas or liquid as a medium, and the particles are separated to selectively generate nanoparticles with uniform particle size.
■Uniform particle size distribution
The generated ultrafine particles have a uniform particle size (single particle size) of 0.1 to several tens of μm, and particles with the desired size can be easily obtained. In addition, particle size distribution and particle size can be easily controlled by adjusting the supplied material and the flow rate of air/liquid.
■High yield
The pass yield for ultrafine particles with the desired particle size is 10-20%. Among the separated particles, particles with a particle size other than the intended one are completely recycled to generate particles with the desired particle size again, so there is almost no material loss.
■Processing capacity can be controlled freely
Through proper design, processing capacity can be controlled from several tens of mg/min at the laboratory level to several tons/min at the plant level.
■Charging can be adjusted
For the first time, the generated fine particles have achieved "zero charge." The charge of fine particles can be changed freely between "+", "-", and "0", which prevents particles from adhering to each other or from adhering to the inner wall of the device. It is also possible to select objects and narrow down targets.

Because there is little crushing of particles, friction, overheating, etc., there is no damage or deterioration to the material. It does not destroy delicate polymeric compounds or proteins.

Compatible with delicate materials and high viscosity materials. It can also handle materials of 10,000 cP or more that are difficult to atomize using conventional technology (pump required). In addition, the simple structure reduces the load on the material. There is no particle crushing or friction, and there is no material damage, denaturation, or deterioration.
Highly accurate atomization ability. It intensively generates ultrafine particles with a uniform particle size of 0.1 to several tens of μm according to the set particle size target. Materials that were previously difficult to homogenize can be easily obtained. In addition, controlling the charge (+, 0, -) prevents particles from adhering to each other or to the equipment. It is also effective as a pre-treatment after particle generation.
The core of the device is only the filter section. Flexible system construction is possible. The processing capacity is on the order of 10^-5 to 10^3g/min, and can be used from the research level to the plant level.
