About This Product
The BM sprayer is a liquid sprayer that uses a special "two-fluid charged twin nozzle" to spray a large volume of ultra-fine dry mist, and was the first in the industry to succeed in generating zero-charged mist.
The surface charge can be freely controlled to (+) or (-) according to the adsorption ability with suspended substances, and when it is set to zero, it becomes a dry mist and high diffusion is possible. In addition, the nozzle does not clog even when using highly viscous substances, making it maintenance-free.
■A large amount of ultra-fine mist can be sprayed.
Ultra-fine mist with an average particle size of 3 to 5 μm can be sprayed at a large volume of 70 ml/min/unit or more, which is 4 to 5 times the conventional size. This has made it possible to significantly reduce work time.
■Easy to control surface charge
For the first time, we have achieved a mist with "zero electric charge." The charge control can automatically switch between "+ charge" and "-charge", and when it is charged, it becomes easier to adsorb to particles, bacteria, etc. floating in the room (inside the warehouse), and has a high processing capacity. I will demonstrate. In addition, when the charge is 0, it becomes a dry mist with excellent dispersibility and diffusivity, easily penetrating into areas that liquid disinfectants could not reach.
■ No clogging and maintenance free
Due to the structure of the two-fluid charged twin nozzle, chemical liquid will not clog. As a result, it has become possible to use extremely high viscosity liquids of 10,000 cP or more. It is maintenance-free and the spray condition is stable during work, so there is no waste in work.
