■What is MR gas implant system?
The MR gas implant system is a system that uses the MR gas sterilization system to sterilize large-capacity areas such as sterile rooms in pharmaceutical factories. It has a large capacity space and can achieve the same specifications as a small MR gas sterilizer.
■High sterilization effect (sterilization level)
The chemical used is methanol (10cc/m3; EOG is 7,000cc/m3). By using a special catalyst to convert radicals into complex gases, a small amount of methanol is used to achieve several times the sterilization effect of EOG. For the first time, it has become possible to perform construction at a sterile level (BI for sterilization) in every corner of the clean room.
■No corrosion/no residue
The chemical used is a small amount of methanol, and the process is carried out at normal temperature, normal humidity, and normal pressure, so there is no corrosion or residue in the clean room or on the target object. This is the first system that can sterilize precision instruments.
■High safety
The chemical used is a small amount of methanol, and the active gas generated is also nonflammable, so it is not subject to legal regulations, including the exhaust gas.
■Virus free
In addition to being non-corrosive and free of residue, it has also been confirmed to be highly effective against viruses.
■DNA free
It is non-corrosive and leaves no residue, and can decompose DNA into almost single molecules. (The only first in the gas phase.)
