About This Product

Kleiberit 605.1.20 is a modified silicone type polyurethane adhesive with "high strength/durability with elasticity". It has received high praise in various countries including the EU.

■Advantages

・1-component moisture curing (non-foaming) ・Solvent-free ・Isocyanate-free color fastness ・Heat resistance: DIN EN14257 WATT91 level ・Water resistance: DIN EN204 D4 level Purpose

■Material

・Structural wood, wood-based materials ・Various metal materials for structures ・Various ceramic materials ・Other plastics, etc.

■Usage environment

・Environments exposed to the outdoors (window frames, doors, fences, terraces, etc.) ・Temporary high humidity environment (sauna, bathroom, flooring, etc.)

■Application (example)

・Bus/Truck/Train vehicle ・Wind power generation blade (repair) ・Ceramics (tiles and plaster) ・Mirrors, hooks, etc.

■Pretreatment

Please remove oil from the surface of the adherend.

■ Application method

Apply with a hand roller, spatula, etc.

■About hardening

A curing (crosslinking) reaction begins due to moisture in the air and on the surface of the adherend. Fix the adherend using clamps, etc. (>0.6MPa). The reaction can be accelerated by controlling the moisture content on the surface of the adherend.

■Washing

Can be cleaned at KLEIBERIT 823.3.00.

■Storage (You can use it with confidence even after opening.)

The expiration date is clearly stated on the product. *Uses a "moisture-proof special cap (patented by Kleiberit)". Avoid high humidity environments. Store in a cool dark place.
