■WEPRO8240 Series Expression Kit
-A set of reagents necessary for protein synthesis.
・Synthesis of stable isotope-labeled proteins is possible by adjusting the stable isotope-labeled amino acids according to the customer's purpose.
*This kit does not include stable isotope labeled amino acids. You can prepare and adjust the amino acids yourself, or you can use a custom-made translation reaction substrate solution that does not require separate amino acid adjustment.
■WEPRO8240H Expression Kit
・The removal performance of His-like proteins contained in wheat germ has been improved.
・Produces highly purified His-tagged fusion protein compared to the WEPRO8240 Expression Kit.
■Features
・Can be used for 8 reactions on a 6ml reaction scale (6 reactions when using automatic protein synthesizer DT-II), and 96 or more reactions on a 226ul reaction scale.
・Target protein can be confirmed by SDS-PAGE/CBB staining.
■Recommended for the following people.
・Those who require a protein yield of several hundred ug to several mg of soluble protein.
・Those who wish to synthesize dozens of samples or more of soluble proteins at the same time.
・Those who want to use it for screening.
