■WEPRO7240 Series Dialysis Core Kit
・This set includes the reagents (for transcription reaction, translation reaction, and dialysis buffer) necessary for performing wheat cell-free protein synthesis using the dialysis reaction method.
・Using this kit, you can efficiently scale up the synthesis of your target protein. In particular, when synthesizing highly soluble proteins, if you compare a 3mL reaction scale dialysis reaction to a multilayer reaction (6mL reaction scale), you can expect about 4 times the yield per reaction and about 2 times the yield per WEPRO unit.
