・The removal performance of His-like proteins contained in wheat germ has been improved.
-Produces His-tagged fusion proteins with a higher degree of purification than the Protein Research Kit (S16).

- All reagents required for each reaction are dispensed into tubes.
・Protein synthesis is possible with just a few pipette operations.
・Target protein can be confirmed by SDS-PAGE/CBB staining.
・Contains 226 µl reaction scale for 16 reactions.

Reagents necessary for one reaction are dispensed per tube, so no reagent adjustment is necessary. You can cut out the tubes for the number of reactions you need and use them as is.
