About This Product

■Disulfide Bond PLUS Expression Kit

-A starter kit designed to be easy to use even for first-time users. ・You can easily try synthesizing proteins containing disulfide (S-S) bonds using the wheat germ cell-free protein synthesis system. *This product cannot be used when synthesizing and purifying a GST-tagged fusion protein, as the disulfide bonds will be cleaved by the reduced glutathione contained in the eluate during purification.

■Summary

・By applying our proprietary protein synthesis method, the "multilayer method," we have achieved the coexistence of two contradictory environments, oxidative and reductive, and created an environment in which the formed disulfide bonds can be maintained. ・Furthermore, by using human-derived disulfide bond isomerase (PDI) and oxidase Ero1α, which are required for disulfide bond formation, disulfide bonds are not formed properly, making it impossible to form and maintain higher-order structures, resulting in insolubilization. Promotes active disulfide bond formation for proteins whose activity cannot be confirmed.

- Premix type, no reagent preparation required. ・Protein synthesis is possible with just a few pipette operations. ・Target protein can be confirmed by SDS-PAGE/CBB staining.

・For those who would like to easily try confirming the expression of a target protein with disulfide (S-S) bonds using a wheat germ cell-free protein synthesis system. ・For those who are having trouble expressing their protein using other protein expression systems. ・For those who are having trouble with the target protein being insolubilized. ・Those who express protein but cannot confirm activity Reagents necessary for one reaction are dispensed per tube, so no reagent adjustment is necessary. You can cut out the tubes for the number of reactions you need and use them as is. Domestic laws and regulations
