About This Product
This product is a dedicated kit for confirming the expression of a target protein in a short time. Wheat germ cell-free protein synthesis system can be used for any protein.
■Features
・From construction of template DNA to confirmation of target protein can be carried out in as little as one day.
・Template DNA production using PCR eliminates the need for time-consuming and labor-intensive plasmid construction.
- Operation is even easier with the newly developed transcription/translation reaction integrated reagent "WEPRO TT".
・Protein synthesis can be performed in as little as 2 hours with a few pipette operations.
・Detection of the target protein is even easier by using fluorescent lysine (FluoroTect™ GreenLys tRNA*1).
・Contains 55 ul reaction scale and 24 doses.
- When using fluorescent lysine (FluoroTect™ GreenLys tRNA), target proteins can be detected in a minimum synthesis reaction time of 2 hours.
- In the case of Western blotting, the target protein can be detected in a minimum synthesis reaction time of 2 hours.
- In the case of SDS-PAGE/CBB staining, the target protein can be detected within a synthesis reaction time of 12 to 24 hours.
