Don't overlook screw tightening mistakes. Prevent human errors in work. Supports proper screw tightening while reducing work burden. This eliminates the need for a conventional external counter, reducing installation costs. The screwdriver and screw counter are integrated, making it compact and ideal for saving space.
■Main functions
・Counter ON/OFF You can cancel the counter function and use it as a normal screwdriver. Connection with existing counters is also possible.
・Counting the number of screws to be tightened It is possible to set the number from 1 to 99 according to the workpiece of the product, and the remaining number of screws is displayed as a countdown each time it is tightened.
・Count display Each time a screw is tightened, a buzzer and LED (Pass/Fail) will notify you of the result.
・Notification of completion of screw tightening A buzzer notifies you when screw tightening is completed and resets the number of screws to be tightened.
・Prevents miscounting Prevents miscounting due to confirmation tightening and double tightening.
・Error detection Detects incomplete screw tightening errors such as loose screw tightening, cam-out, and worn pilot hole.
- Cumulative count Counts the cumulative total of torque-up (completed screw tightening).
■Since it is a function-enhanced driver, version upgrades are possible.
Customers who have introduced BCI will be able to simultaneously upgrade their BCI in line with the evolution of BLG, which will further expand its functions in the future.
