The skilled worker BLG-ZERO1 uses digital management of the screwdriver itself to firmly guard against screw tightening defects. Simple 3-step setup makes it safe even for beginners.
■Main features
・Easy to set with one button using direct teaching. By directly tightening several screws to the workpiece, the driver automatically recognizes the number of motor rotation pulses (+10% of the maximum value and -10% of the minimum value are the set values) from the start of screw tightening until the screw is seated. , greatly reducing setup time and effort.
- Counts the number of rotational pulses of the motor to accurately determine screw tightening defects such as mixing of different types of screws, floating screws, cam-outs, worn pilot holes, and galling of screws.
- Built-in screw counter displays the remaining number of screws each time you tighten them. Helps prevent pokayoke (preventing forgetting to tighten screws) and human error.
■Since it is a function-enhanced driver, version upgrades are possible.
Customers who have installed BLG-ZERO1 will be able to upgrade their model (for a fee) in line with the evolution of the BLG series, which will further expand its functions in the future.
