・Although the electrode body material varies, the sensing part at the tip of the electrode is all made of glass.
-The reference electrode is silver/silver chloride and has a built-in temperature sensor.
・Those with built-in matching pins have a "sensor check function".
■What is a matching pin?
pH electrodes with built-in matching pins have a "sensor check function" that constantly checks the electrode impedance. During measurement, if the glass electrode is damaged, you will be notified in real time on the screen.
Diagnose the condition of the liquid junction during calibration. Dirty or clogged liquid junctions will make it impossible to perform reliable measurements. This sensor check feature also helps with electrode maintenance. Example of screen display: BAD ELECTRODE (Replacement recommended due to wear/deterioration/damage of the electrode)
