About This Product

■Easily measure the concentration of beer or wortHI96841 converts sugar content into °Plato and displays it. (°Plato is the concentration of wort) It is very easy to use and can be measured easily and quickly.

°Plato scale is a method of quantifying the concentration of sugars and dissolved solids in wort and is used as an indicator of beer's potential alcohol content. The HI96841 converts refractive index readings to °P (plateau) based on tables maintained by the International Unified Committee for Sugar Analysis (ICUMSA) and the American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC).

・Easily measure refractive index with just a few drops of sample and a few seconds
・Easy to calibrate with purified or distilled water

・Temperature display and automatic temperature compensation function

■OthersA refractometer (densitometer) displays all components dissolved in the measurement sample (solution) as measured values. Therefore, products introduced for 〇〇 (e.g., glucose) can measure the concentration with high reliability when only 〇〇 (glucose) is dissolved in the measurement sample, but it is possible to measure the concentration with high reliability when only 〇〇 (glucose) is dissolved in the measurement sample.
