About This Product
■Displays sugar content in 3 types of units
HI96814 is a wine series that measures sugar content and temperature. There are three types of sugar content display: %Brix, Exuret, and KMW. Oechlet (°Oe) is based on specific gravity and is used primarily in the wine industry in Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg to determine the sugar content of fruit juices.
KMW (°KMW) is mainly used in Austria to measure the sugar content of fruit juices and is also known as °Babo. 1°KMW is approximately equal to 1% Brix or 5°Oe.

A refractometer (densitometer) displays all components dissolved in the measurement sample (solution) as measured values. Therefore, products introduced for 〇〇 (e.g., glucose) can measure the concentration with high reliability when only 〇〇 (glucose) is dissolved in the measurement sample, but it is possible to measure the concentration with high reliability when only 〇〇 (glucose) is dissolved in the measurement sample. If they are also dissolved, the concentration including them will be displayed.
