About This Product
■Easily measure sugar content and potential alcohol content
The HI96813 is a wine series that measures sugar content (% Brix) and potential alcohol content. Potential alcohol content is an estimate of the alcohol content of finished wine based on the sugar content of the grapes.
This device cannot measure the alcohol content of wine itself or other alcoholic beverages.

A refractometer (densitometer) displays all components dissolved in the measurement sample (solution) as measured values. Therefore, products introduced for 〇〇 (e.g., glucose) can measure the concentration with high reliability when only 〇〇 (glucose) is dissolved in the measurement sample, but it is possible to measure the concentration with high reliability when only 〇〇 (glucose) is dissolved in the measurement sample. If they are also dissolved, the concentration including them will be displayed.
