About This Product

■Palm-sized checker HC series

The Checker HC series is a digital spectrophotometer that bridges the gap between simple reagent kits and expensive digital measuring instruments. Its special feature is that it has a digital display, is palm-sized, and is inexpensive. The HI 761 measures total chlorine from 0 to 500 ppb, and the HI 762 measures free chlorine from 0 to 500 ppb. It is suitable for checking that there is no (or very little) chlorine in it, and is used to check medical water for dialysis and water purification equipment. For measurements, we use the DPD reagent specified by the official method.

■Applications

Management of dialysis water, measurement of residual chlorine in ion-exchanged water, analysis of seawater, measurement of residual chlorine in test water, etc. to determine when to replace water purifier filters, etc.

■Main features

・For ultra-low concentrations of 0 to 500ppb (0.500ppm). ・Since it is not a visual inspection, you can rest assured that the same results will be obtained no matter who performs the measurement. - Conforms to the "Absorptiometric method using DPD reagent" stipulated by the official method. Highly reliable measurements can be made. ・Countdown function until measurement using built-in timer. - Compact size yet easy-to-read LCD screen. ・There is only one operation button, so it is safe even for first-time users. - Numerical values ​​can be verified using standard solutions.
